Interested in reducing stress, improving memory or strengthening your intuition? Experience how practicing mindfulness can help at Beach Cities Health District’s FREE, interactive workshop. Participants will learn evidence-based techniques designed for all ages and experience levels. Pre-registration is recommended. The workshop, presented in partnership with the City of Redondo Beach, will be facilitated by experts Eric McCullum of Insight LA and Tristan Coopersmith of Life Lab. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

All workshop materials are provided and light refreshments will be served. This is a seated mindfulness practice and no special supplies or attire are needed.
The Redondo Beach Main Library is located at 303 N. Pacific Coast Highway, Redondo Beach 90277. The workshop is in the 2nd Floor Meeting Room accessed by stairs or elevator from the library lobby. Please proceed to the meeting room to check-in for the workshop.
We encourage you to walk, bike or carpool to the event. There are entrances to the library parking lot from Carnelian St. and Diamond St. to three levels of free underground parking. Once parked, proceed to the library entrance and follow posted workshop signs to the 2nd Floor Meeting Room.
