Mental Health First Aid is a course that teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The blended training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis.

After completing the registration form, you will receive instructions for accessing the self-led training modules and attending our training. Because space for this training is limited, please let us know if you are no longer able to attend so that your spot may be given to someone on our waitlist.
Attendees will have the opportunity to take home a free Narcan (common brand name of naloxone) kit. Naloxone is a life-saving opioid reversal medication when administered immediately after a potential opioid overdose.
