The NAMI Los Angeles County 2023 Walk is largest event in Los Angeles County for raising awareness and fighting stigma surrounding mental health. It will be held at LA State Historic Park and will be a combination health festival and walk. Support NAMI South Bay in this effort to provide programs and services for free to the community.

During this year’s Mental Health Fest you will connect with other Walkers and non-profits, visit the KidZone, find resources, get a massage, learn to meditate, do Chi Gong, enjoy the beautiful park, and so much more thanks to our sponsors and community partners. And of course, enjoy the WALK with your friends and family.
