Join Beach Cities Health District for a mini-workshop on Cultivating Bravery, one of four themes in Beach Cities Health District’s Mental Health & Happiness Series. Learn how to boost your well-being through evidence-based practices to build resilience, feel more connected and be happier. During this mini-workshop, participants will learn the key components of bravery, experience accessible tools to achieve a courageous mindset and focus on what you can control to manage change and act.
